Art Commission terms & conditions

Information that is exchanged during this process will be kept private and confidential.The finished commission is for personal/non-commercial use only and cannot be used for merchandise or any other commercial use. Do NOT claim the art as your own creation.Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE once the full payment is received.I have the right to refuse any commission request.Please provide a credit mention to me as the artist (@mzch3y) on all platforms you plan on posting and using the artwork.I reserve full rights to the commissioned art and it's distribution/use unless specified.A small watermark will be placed on all portrait/icon commissions and it cannot be removed or cropped out.By commissioning me you understand and agree to these conditions and guidelines.Things I will draw:

Payment is upfront through Paypal invoices only and in GBP (Great British Pounds). Don’t worry if you use a different currency to GBP, Paypal can convert your money in other currencies to GBP automatically for you. Please wait for my approval of your commission request before sending money. After I receive your submission, I will email you with the commission price and I will await your confirmation. If you agree, I’ll email a Paypal invoice to you and then I will only begin the commission after receiving the FULL PAYMENT. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design elements requested within each commission.Creative Process
Throughout the process, I will message you updates of rough drafts where you can let me know if I should make any minor adjustments or changes. I will not completely start over a commission if the commissioner is not satisfied with the final product. If a major revision is requested, an additional charge will be applied to the commission.
